1) Who we are
These Terms govern your use of the Golda.Global website and any pilot features related to GoudDi. During the public pilot, no funds are accepted and activity occurs on a testnet.
2) Using the site
Don’t break the law, don’t harm the service or other people, and don’t try to bypass security. You’re responsible for keeping your wallet and seed phrase safe (self-custody).
3) Accounts & wallets
Wallets are self-custodied. We can’t access or recover your seed phrase. For the pilot, wallet addresses may be used to validate basic participation signals only.
4) Content & licenses
Site content (text, images, code and designs) is protected by copyright or licensed terms. See the License page for details once published.
5) Privacy
See our Privacy Policy to learn how we handle information collected during signup and pilot participation.
6) Disclaimers
The pilot is provided “as is”, without warranties. It may change or be paused at any time. No financial services are being offered.
7) Changes
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify participants.
